Not Professional Advice
eInvoicePad is a general-purpose planning tool. Nothing on this website is tax, legal, accounting, investment or financial advice, and no professional-client relationship is created by using it. Tax laws differ by country, state and personal circumstance and change often. Consult a qualified tax adviser, accountant or lawyer before acting on any result.
Estimates Only
The figures shown are simplified estimates based solely on the values you enter. In particular:
- The "Set Aside for Income Tax" figure is a flat percentage you choose. It is not a calculation of your actual tax liability and does not account for tax brackets or slabs, deductions, allowances, social security or national insurance contributions, advance or estimated tax payments, GST/VAT/sales tax, withholding, or local taxes.
- "Your take-home" and "Months Covered" figures are illustrations, not guarantees of income or of how long your savings will last.
- Currency selection only changes the symbol, code and default values shown. No exchange-rate conversion is performed.
Invoice Templates
Invoices generated by eInvoicePad are basic templates. Many jurisdictions require additional information for an invoice to be valid or to qualify as a tax invoice, such as your legal business name and address, tax registration numbers (for example GSTIN, VAT or ABN), your client's details, place of supply, tax rates and amounts, and payment terms. You are responsible for checking and adding everything required where you do business.
The optional GST, VAT and sales tax fields only apply the rate and registration numbers you enter. eInvoicePad does not tell you whether you must register for or charge these taxes, which rate applies to your service, or how to split them (for example between CGST, SGST and IGST). It also does not add every detail a tax invoice may need, such as SAC/HSN codes or your address. Check these with a qualified tax adviser.
Despite its name, eInvoicePad does not generate e-invoices under India's GST e-invoicing system. It does not register invoices on the Invoice Registration Portal (IRP) or produce an Invoice Reference Number (IRN) or signed QR code. If your business must issue GST e-invoices, you have to register each invoice through the IRP or an authorised provider. The same applies to any other country's mandatory e-invoicing or electronic reporting system.
